Awful company, in buy a enclosed shower from them months in advance and they then tell me it’s out of stock two days before delivery. I but a new one on the chat system where the guy is completely useless and I have to help him figure out the product numbers. They then don’t come with all the items on the day and then tell me it can be sent later today or tomorrow. No one contacts me so I call them Up and then get told it will be sent 3 days after installation is meant to begin, and they can’t make any special arrangements for their mistakes, which they have made over and over again. I ask is there any compensation or anything can do and the answer is no. I am never using this company again and I will tell everyone not to use it. Awful customer service!

For our build in 2014 we ordered 2 baths, 2 showers, 1 bath screen and 1 shower enclosure from Victoria Plumb and everything we received was of excellent quality. Especially for the price, I really couldn't fault it. Actually, I've just remembered that we did have an issue with the shower enclosure leaking and this is part of the enclosure itself rather than the joins of where it was fitted. All else was superb, however.
