Waterfall Gardens

They installed a paver walk way and patio. The results were horrible. The patio was wavy with puddles and so were the walk ways. When asked to repair it, they came back and compacted the areas more creating deeper puddles with continued waviness of the patio. They claimed they installed the pavers to the proper specifications. We had other contractors quote to repair their work which became the general conscious it way unrepeatable and total replacement was required . We had their job totally redone. They do not stand by their work. And now are suing them for the costs of the work.

Last year 2018 I had an inground pool put in and I needed landscaping done so I called Waterfall Gardens. They came out did the landscaping and planted grass seed, well by November I think it was I called and told them the grass seed was not growing in a number of places in my backyard he (Mike) told me that it will grow next year (2019) in the spring. Well Spring (2019) came and it wasn't growing so I called Mike and told him about it and he told me give it time and water it that it will grow. Well it is now September 19th 2019 and it never grew so I just spoke with Mike and he told me that my soil was not good that they put a lot of seed down. Well I said why wouldn't you tell me that me soil was no good when you planted the seed. He said well you wanted the landscaping done. I paid over a $1000 and he did not offer anything to try and make me happy to try and fix the problem. I will never use this company again for lack of any attempt to try and fix the problem, and I had to plant my own grass seed and mix it in with the soil. When they did it they just threw the seed on top of the dirt and placed hay over it. No Professionalism, especially when you have kids working for you clowning around. It's ok to have a little fun on the job but not the whole time, and a lot of time was standing around talking to each other and to me. Not happy with the job they did or with Mike and his many excuses not to fix or attempt to fix the problem. They got there money.

Mike and his team from Waterfall Gardens did an excellent job rebuilding a set of steep steps in our back yard, working hard to keep it economical since we have other work to do on our property. They completed the work in one day, and left a clean area.

We hired Waterfall Gardens to landscape around an addition on our home. They did an excellent job, going above and beyond our expectations.

We recently enlisted quotes from 5 landscapers to rip out, replace all of old shrubbery as well as our concrete walkway and rear patio to be replaced with pavers. Quite an extensive and expensive undertaking Out of all the companies contacted, Mike Wambaugh from Waterfall Gardens responded within a day to survey the area and returned with a few days with a color computer drawings and pictures with descriptions of all the trees and shrubbery as well as catalogues with the recommended pavers. His design of the patio was exactly what I had in mind while the others didn't offer anything of the sort. We decided to complete the job in 2 phases; the font in the fall and the rear in the spring. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were; everything was completed in about 4 days. Mike was gracious enough to complete a few extra projects at no charge such as moving all of the extra dirt to back for future grading projects and incorporating 2 dry wells to hide the drainage of our front spouting drainage. Truly a 5 star project.We look forward to completing the project in the spring so I can enjoy the patio,
