I am a salesman at Coastal Pools located in Queenstown MD, and we use Elegance for all of our high end projects. We recently worked with NT Trading on a large residential project in SE Pennsylvania. We are a high end Landscape Design/ Project Management company. We first encountered Elegance by NT Trading at the 2022 MANTS show, which coincided with the design of this particular project. After going over the product choices and details with the rep at the show, we determined that we would focus in on Porcelain pavers, surrounded by a Marble border as well as a Marble coping for the new swimming pool and spa. The client and I visited NT Trading's headquarters and were treated very well. Our questions were patiently answered and seeing the product first hand was very helpful. We made our choices and set up the schedule and delivery. The patio and pool have now been built and are stunning. We received excellent customer service throughout the process for a very large order. The team at NT Trading is very responsive, friendly, professional and handles issues very well. I was first introduced to Elegance back in 2016. My landscape architecture firm, LAND Identity was working on a large backyard renovation product. They supplied the ivory and walnut travertine that was used for the pool deck, walkway that loops the property, as well as step treads and wall caps. Even though imported all the way from Turkey, they offer a high quality product at an affordable price. Over the years we have built a stronger relationship with the owner and sales team, both of which are great and extremely responsive. In addition to natural stone products such as travertine and tumbled marble, they also offer a huge selection of porcelain pavers. If you are looking for a vendor for your next outdoor entertaining project, look no further!

Elegance is an excellent source of natural stones. They have also nice selection of high quality porcelains. I recently bought natural stone veneers for the front exterior of the house and dolomite marble tiles for bathrooms. It really brought an elegant look to my project. I attached couple of pictures. Materials work by itself. Beside the material they have a superb customer service. Highly recommended.

Elegance by NT Trading has been great to me since day one! Not only they have a huge warehouse with variety of natural stone and porcelain to choose, but they're also extremely knowledgeable at every aspect of their material. A visit to their office and warehouse is a whole journey from start to finish. They have a lot videos of their previous projects which made it super easy to see what my final result would look like. Their showroom is full of different tiles, pavers, slabs, etc. and they gave me a tour of their warehouse! Customer service, quality of the material, availability, hospitality and turnaround time are definitely what made me work with them. Recommend 100%!
