I ordered a piece of furniture from their website in September 2023. After back and forth 6 months later, they continue to tell me it is on a container in the ocean and offered a refund. I accepted the refund; 1 month later still no refund and will not answer my messages. So shady

Do not order from this site. They charge you and never ship it. I will need to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

Worst, most careless service ever! Don't charge people immediately for something you don't plan to send for 3 months. And when you deliver damaged products, correct it right away. A 6-month wait for a quality product is ridiculous! It's nearly Jan and I'm still waiting for completion since July 2nd. Zero stars. Will never use again.

I bought a Visual Comfort Light from Stephanie Cohen Homes through Houzz several weeks ago and had an electrician come out to my house to install. The electrician came to the conclusion that there was an electrical short somewhere inside of the fixture and that his recommendation would be a return. Unfortunately at this time the shipping box that the light had come in had been thrown away due to how big it was in my 700 sq ft condo. I contacted Stephanie Cohen Homes through the Houzz messaging portal and also called and received the unprofessional response as seen in the attached picture saying that they couldn’t help me (even though they sold me a defective fixture). I would think a reputable seller would stand behind the products they sell regardless of the box if they are sold in a non-working condition. Now I’m out $1,100 the fixture cost plus the cost to have the electrician come out. I should have just supported my local light dealer here in town but I guess it’s a learning lesson for me.
