Denise is very knowledgeable about the current trends in what makes a house sell. She will not settle for repairs and updates not being done right. She will not settle for cheap material or corner cutting by trades. There were a few repairs that were not in the original plan and could probably have been left alone. But she insisted that they be done because that was the right thing to do. Absolute integrity!
Chris is very knowledgeable in creating a financial approach that makes sense for the project. He knows what the correct After Repair Value of a property is (not the ever hopeful Zillow price). He works in reality, not pie in the sky. It would be nice if every project followed a cookie cutter approach, but most do not. Chris is able to formulate a specific approach for your project. It is kind of cliche, but he "thinks outside the box."
The end result for me: a return of 36% in 90 days.
