Wild Grapes Wine Cellars

I had a cellar cooling unit installed. From the first moment, the office was responsive, replying to emails very promptly. An engineer came to inspect the venue, made a recommendation as to what equipment to install, then came and installed on time and without fuss, all the time explaining to someone non-technical such as myself everything I needed to know. If there were a chance to give six stars or more, I would do so. This after months of trying to deal unsuccessfully with one of the big London-based firms has come as a wonderful and pleasant ending to a long story.

From start to finish, Wild Grapes have provided a very professional and knowledgeable service. From discussing my initial requirements to multiple site visits and then the finished Wine Room, the process has been done with minimum of fuss, only my best interests at heart as well as being able to keep costs as low as possible. This wasn't an easy project to manage and bespoke items, including sliding racks, had to be sourced and added to the final configuration and this wasn't an issue for the team. Aside from customer service, the value for money of Wild Grapes products is something that has become clear once my Wine Room has been installed and this is something that really sets them apart from their competitors. I now look forward to expanding my wine collection and filling my Wine Room!

After my previous wine cooler broke down i searched for a replacement and a company that could offer advice and installation. Within 10 days i had a new fully working Wine master installed with no fuss whatsoever. all works were completed as scheduled and on time. We are very happy with the service and the product.

I can't speak highly enough of this company. I was looking for contemporary designs for wine room storage for my new build house and found them online. Their designs are in my view exceptional...highly functional, first rate quality, very solid and really stylish without a hint of bling (which I hate don't you?)...and are perfect for those who love wine and want to store wine well and aesthetically rather than to "show off"...in a bling sense..the wine room. They are also very reasonably priced. They are very easy and helpful to work with and provide a great design service for bespoke designs at no extra cost. Very knowledgeable on air coolers. Service exceptional.. I worked with them to design and supply the wine room in my new house which my fitters then assembled, very easily. Warren even insisted in delivering the units personally to ensure no damage in transit, rather than using a shipper. Kudos to Wild Grapes! I only wish every supplier/contractor I worked with on this house hit their standards.

Cannot praise Wild Grapes enough for amazing service. The product is of excellent quality and sits very well next to large fridge freezer in our kitchen. The company offered sensible advice on size and what would fit best in the space we had available. Delivery was quick and the product came well packaged. Even though we were a client purchasing a relatively small sized wine rack, we felt we were given the top service available. We chose to install ourselves and found it easy to put together but felt very reassured that help would be on hand should we need it. Would highly recommend.

Having looked for wine racks to fill a space for a while, I found your site - put in the dimensions and a solution was offered, ordering was simple. Once I made the order, I was made aware of each stage (without being bombarded), the order arrived 24 hours later, two hours later 132 bottles sat on the racks! It's a very simple installation too.

We found Wild Grapes in an ad in Country Life. We had just finished a renovation project on our house, in the Cambridge area, which included an ancient cellar. Wild Grapes came to survey the cellar and have installed a racking system which, with its combination of aluminium and oak, complements beautifully the Tudor bricks and terracotta tiles. A perfect combination of the ancient and modern. A considerate and very efficient service - would recommend them very highly.
