We had a House Fire in Oct 2012. Thank god we had the William Gordon Group to turn to. Bill is fantastic and was their every step of the way. He gave us exactly what we wanted in our new home. Contractors tend to get a bad rap but you will be in good hands with Bill Brosius and his guys. He was here every day and made sure it was completed perfectly. Take a look at his work. Bill did tenant improvement to my commercial 1910 building. It was an old house, then an office and he converted it to a gorgeous pie shop. His attention to details day one impressed me above anyone I had previously worked with. It personally got under the building (narrow and dirty crawl space), got up in the attic and sized the building up before he put together the bid. We discussed what we were looking for. He came back with incredible drawings, we tweaked them together, he worked with us on our budget and was fair and reasonable. He was respectful of the area, keep the space inside and out clean during the renovation. During this time, we found the original 1910 wood floors....we had to save them.....we did! thank you Bill! I whole heartedly recommend this man, his team and his contractors.
