Tina Bost helped me select and install window coverings for my kitchen/dining rook area. We enjoyed our time visiting and getting to know one another as her son installed the fabric blinds on a Friday Night. I really appreciate her willingness to help me get them up! Working with Tina is so easy. She has excellent suggestions on how to dress up a room, match the window coverings to your style, room decor and lighting needs. Some the the newest remote/auto shades are amazing. They look just like the traditional shades but are operated by a remote from my easy chair. Highly recommend working with Tina.

I recently worked with Tina, at Window Dressings & Sew Forth. She was pleasant, professional and prompt. We had 27 windows to cover and she was able to explain the various kinds of dressings, their qualities and their function. Several times, we had to re-schedule, due to builder delays. When I replaced my 21 year old windows with new ones, my metal mini blinds did not fit them. A friend recommended I use long lasting and durable Hunter Douglas blinds and to call Tina Bost. I knew nothing about blinds. Tina answered all my concerns, and help me select blinds for my entire home according to the needs and use of each room. She strived to get my order quickly. Upon instillation, there were three blinds with problems but the installer was very knowledgable and was able to fix two of the problems. The third blind had mechanical problems. An expert from Hunter Douglas came and took the entire unit apart to fix the problem. This expert also addressed my problems with the remote controlled windows being slow and not opening in unison, even though he was not initially requested to fix them. I am now a happy owner of honey comb blinds that are beautiful, keep privacy, lets in light, and go completely dark for my television viewing.

We contacted Tina at the late stage of a new house build after the company recommended by the builder provided unacceptable customer service (so we ditched them). Tina provided excellent service for a new house installation (all rooms). She was knowledgeable and had great ideas. She took photos of rooms, and then had software to show us what different window treatments would look like in the rooms - this was really helpful. She was also very thorough and conscientious. She measured everything twice so there were no errors. We were extremely pleased with the product and installation (she was on-site during installation), and will definitely use her again as any needs arise. We would definitely recommend her.
