Window Wizards Custom Blinds and Shutters

I love my plantation shutters! Teresa and Eddie were very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire experience and installation was quick and easy. I would recommend them to friends.

As soon as you walk in the door of Window Wizards you feel you are at home and part of their family, the Johnson's are wonderful. They walk you through the process and are not pushy by any means, they work with your budget and timeline. They give you different ideas if you are not sure what you want and they know their products. It was the most positive experience I've ever had and I've used budget blinds and was not completely happy with the results as you are treated like $$ but not at Window Wizards. They are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. I'm currently looking at doing more windows, I wish they had been in business before I used budget blinds. They take time with you, I was over their for over 2 hours and never felt rushed and did not realize I was there that long, I had such fun with Teresa. Once you've made your order you are updated regularly, you get e-mails and calls. On my original order the company they used had shipping issues so it took longer than anticipated but it was not the Johnson's fault and they called me along the way to let me know what was going on. I've never had a company so loyal, considerate, and caring. Thank you Window Wizards you are the best by far and I've had several consultations from other providers over the years and I know quality. For all those people who love to complain, criticize, and want something for nothing, shame on you, if something is wrong don't be so quick to jump on line and spread lies about wonderful companies, just look in the mirror first and look at the real problem!!! And talk to the people directly and I assure you the Johnson's will provide you with a reasonable solution.

I bought blinds and shutters from Window Wizards. They came to my home prior to purchase to go through options and decide what would look best. They were courteous and professional. Installation was quick and they did an amazing job. I loved working with Window Wizards because we got a personal experience not just an order number and 800 number to call and deal with. I highly recommend them.

Eddie and Teresa were very responsive, prompt and professional in the replacement and repair of a number of specialty window shades. If I have future needs, which will likely be the case, I will be certain to call them.

Just bought a brand new home with TONS of beautiful windows to allow natural lighting and a feeling of space. However, at night, it seemed our whole life was on display so we desperately needed some nice shutters to easily allow some privacy when we wanted. We collected 5 separate quotes and we decided upon Window Wizards for three main reasons..... 1) Eddie and Teresa were down to Earth people who understood and LISTENED to what we wanted. They did not try to sell us a thing but instead helped us determine the best style/color/materials/and window-specific layout. 2) Eddie is a military Veteran (like myself) and an HONEST man who's word can be counted upon with a simple handshake (miss those good ole days)!! 3) they offered a VERY competitive price with a high quality product! We ended up purchasing all wood, Graber Traditions plantation shutters for every window downstairs (to include all 3 doors) and Graber blinds for all upstairs windows. The home looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL and we receive constant compliments!! More importantly, we can easily open and close our shutters to let in the light during the day and retain privacy at night. LOVE THEM!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND WINDOW WIZARDS!!
