The Woodbeam Company has been working with architects, home builders , designers and do-it-yourselfers now for over 10 years. We have been manufacturing Douglas fir , faux light weight beams for over 10 years now and finishing them in different hand hewn textures such as Reclaimed, Old World Hewn, Raised Grain and other great finishes. From simple beam accents to full scale timber frame designs we can turn a otherwise non descript house into an amazing show piece at a fraction of the cost of using solid beams. We mill our own Douglas Fir logs to achieve full length beams (27 feet) with no seams or butt joints. All beams are hand hewn in 6 different textures and custom built to size to fit your project.
