We checked reviews and recommendations from friends when we were looking to update our home. We interviewed several companies and chose Worley Construction to handle our renovations. Mark Worley is very knowledgeable and his insights and experience kept our project on track. We broke the project into several phases so that we could live in our house through the construction and renovation. We are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship of the work, the communication throughout, and the skills of his polite team as they cleaned their work areas daily.

Three Gs

Mark Worley was recommended to me after I suffered a major, botched job by a fraudulent GC. Mark impressed me with his thorough outline of work to be performed, including extensive exterior redo with some new roofing, stucco matching, and interior spaces with matching floors, drywall, paint, etc. Mark and his employees worked seamlessly together. The crew was also knowledgeable and professional and punctual. Job site left immaculately, daily, and interior spaces were protected and upon completion, left better than they found it! He may be your favorite builder. To me, he is the ONLY builder. In hind sight, I could have handed them the keys, left town and returned when completed. That's quality workmanship and honesty earned by someone who takes pride in their work as if it is his own home. Thank you.

Mark was very knowledgable about what would be needed for the project, had good suggestions, and articulated important pros and cons to consider. He quickly came back with an estimate as promised. Although we have decided not to move forward at this time, I would definitely consider Worley Construction should we decide to do the remodel.

A few years ago I chose Mark Worley to replace my shingles roof with metal shingles. Mark was knowledgeable and willing to discuss any guestions or concerns. Much reconstruction had to be done in the process and the work crew did an outstanding job. Any time I call concerning a problem I get a prompt reply and on site visit. My husband and I wanted several bids for renovation on our front and back porches. The flooring and railing needed to be replaced for both porches. The tricky part was that our basement goes under part of the porches, and the flooring needed to be completely water proofed so as to not have leaks for years to come. Mark Worley explained the process and soon gave us a bid. We spent six more months trying to get other bids. Several people told me that they needed to do more research, but I never heard back. Explanations from others just didn't sound right after Mark's proposal. It became obvious that we shouldn't have wasted time with the other contactors. I think Mark is probably one of the most knowledgeable people in the state when it comes to porch flooring. The pavers look beautiful, and the new railings are also a great improvement. Mark has a hard-working permanent crew he uses for much of his work. Those guys were invariably polite and pleasant to work with, and my husband and I appreciate that.
