Around 80 years old these /Pine wood hand painted lacquer cabinets are used for a variety of uses, as storage, entertainment center, night stand or end table or a server cabinet. They are handmade of Solid wood and refurbished in China using old world Chinese wood joinery techniques. No two are the same but all are similar and photos upon request can be provided. These old chest come with a false bottom inside that offers secret storage. We collected these in northern China and have only a limited supply. Simple Ming curved feet with rich black lacquer antique patina with still-life painting in red lacquer color will add an Asian flair to any room decor.
