The solution for preserving the raw steel appearance is to apply a furniture wax to the legs, and for this we recommend Briwax Clear Original Formula. For protection against rust, table legs ship with a slight oil residue that can be removed with a rag and general household cleaner. This is not a permanent finish, and over time without further treatment these legs will rust.
