Calculation of door dimension in relation to the wall opening:
Add 2" inches to the width and 1" inch to height e.g. your wall opening is 30" x 80" inches so your door dimensions should be 32" x 81" inches for a perfect fit.

Product Features:

We have put this knowledge into our methods of door construction to ensure quality manufacturing that combines hardwood craftsmanship with current technology. While our doors are truly solid wood (no thin veneer over particle board) we have engineered stabilizing attributes into the door’s construction.
Most of these attributes are based on the fact that the more wood is cut and glued, the stronger it becomes. Gluing woods together with mixed/opposing grain patterns make them stronger and less likely to bend and warp.

The wooden frame comes in 6 inches on the sides and top and up to 9 inches on the bottom, unlike our competitors which come in only 4 inches of wood, our doors come with more material for longer durability.

Safety glass:

All our doors are made of toughened/tempered glass. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.
