The "Capparis" is a classic take on a coffee table with some extra touches. Crafted from recycled wine barrel staves and rings, each table is hand cut and assembled into a fabulous piece of furniture. Modern and chic yet wonderfully rustic. Stylish and completely made from recycled wine barrels. This is functional art at its best and a delight to have.
The barrels are dried for up to a year to insure they are dry then hand cut and sanded. We offset every other stave to give it a visual texture and interest before being attached to the rings and sealed with 3 coats of a clear UV sealer to preserve your beautiful art for generations to come.
Picture this in your living room, wine cellar or even in your entertainment room. Big enough to make a statement, it's small enough to fit in almost every room bringing the charm of wine country into your home.

• I specialize in creating tables and other furniture out of 60-120 year old retired grape vines from California's premiere wine growing region.

These retired grapevines have brought joy to generations of wine drinkers. Though their winemaking days are behind them, their distinctive character lasts on. Decades of careful cultivation combined with the vines natural tendency to create their own whimsical chaos yields striking compositions. With some careful shaping and finishing, each piece becomes a work of art suitable for warming the heart of a true wine lover.
This 18" tall rectangle coffee table is only standard in height. It has remarkable movement in each piece drawing the eye upwards. Decades of wine producing have aged this wood with all the striations of color from drawing the rich nutrients from the soil. Each piece is built in a circular pattern to highlight the dynamic colors of the vine.

The natural raffia on the Harbor cocktail table gives it a casual yet elegant look. The design features a decorative metal band that separates the base from the top, creating a floating appearance. The corners are expertly mitered, giving the design a craftsman look. The top is ultra-clear tempered glass.
