This deep fryer pot is for those who will be mostly frying with the pot and do not need the lid. The Bayou Classic 10 Quart Aluminum Deep Fryer Pot makes a great deep fryer for frying chicken or fish. You can fry at least 6 - 8 fish fillets at once, depending on the size of the fish. This Bayou Classic 10 Quart Aluminum Deep Fryer Pot may be used on the stovetop or on an outdoor propane burner. This deep fryer pot measures 12 inches x 5 inches.
