I ordered a $3,900 MSRP Jocelyn glass coffee from Arteriors. What I received was two metal bases with fingerprints etched into the finish and over 100 lbs of shattered glass. While disappointing that the items weren't manufactured well and the glass didn't survive its journey from India (huge surprise), the worst part was Arteriors wouldn't pick up the damaged goods or even reimburse me the cost to have it removed. They did offer to send me another table, but experience says the likelihood of the second shipment arriving in good condition is not particularly high. (Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.) So I am now the proud owner of 200 lbs of garbage displayed beautifully in my garage until I can haul it away on my own dime. Save yourself the hassle and source your furniture and interior goods elsewhere. I know I wish I had.

Purchased 2 brass Nikos mirrors ($1500). After a couple of months the brass surface finish began to bubble and ripple. Customer service maintains that this is to be expected! Refused to sand by their product. Have had to remove the brass layer at my own expense and have the front of the mirrors painted to look like brass. I notice that they no longer carry this mirror.
