Delta customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of. As of the writing of this, I have been on hold for over a half an hour waiting for a customer service contact. I ordered the Victorian Shower Valve and Shower diverter and while the inside is brass, the outside is plastic..... the finish is the Brilliance Stainless. It is neither brilliant or stainless steel. Buyer be ware. I am attempting to call Delta directly to find out which of their Diverter and Valve trim kits are metal. I am willing to change to Chrome for metal or even change to another collection just so I can have metal trim. If I had seen this trim kit before purchasing from the local plumbing supply, I would have gone with Moen Weymouth - the only reason I went Delta is because they have a 6 way diverter.

As part of our renovation, we purchased and installed a Delta Trinsic Touch faucet in our new kitchen. 2 ½ short years later the faucet is defective. Rust has formed around the pull-down hose and on the magnetic clasp where the pull-down spray wand meets the faucet neck. Additionally, the magnet that is an integral part of the neck no longer sits flush and as a result, the spray wand is unable to connect fully and sit flush. Delta’s warranty states they will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Delta Faucet Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. I contacted Delta, sent them pictures of the defective parts. Two days later Delta responded, “We can either send the repair parts, as per the warranty, or we can offer 70% off a replacement faucet of your choice.” 70% discount on a replacement faucet (which now costs significantly more than when we purchased 2 and half years ago) is not a discount at all because the replacement cost would be more than we initially paid for the unit. And sending the replacement parts – deconstructing a kitchen faucet and putting it back together is a ridiculous thing to expect your customers to do when to remedy a faulty product. I contacted Delta a second time and have yet to hear back from them. In the meantime, I received a request to fill out a survey on Delta’s customer service. Suffice it to say my feedback was not glowing and positive. Once again Delta customer service emailed me and wanted to follow up on my survey. I provided a phone number and email and again have heard nothing more from them. So I still a faulty faucet with no resolution. Delta has terrible customer service. Clearly they don’t value their customers or recognize that future purchases will not be with Delta.

Very happy with the excellent customer service I received from Delta Faucet. We purchased the 51900 "Decorative Ada Shower Kit Traditional" that features an ADA compliant grab bar that doesn't look "institutional". After a few weeks, a gasket fell out of the U6400 assembly (the piece that slides on the vertical grab bar and holds the hand-held shower). I didn't recognize what this piece was and tossed it, then got irritated that the hand held shower portion would slide. By the time I finally realized what the piece was I threw away it was long gone. I logged into Delta's Customer Service site and asked if they had a parts list for the U6400 assembly - it's about $30 to buy the whole assembly. I explained that I tossed the gasket and just wanted to buy the gasket. Delta's Customer Service responded the next business day and offered to send the parts to me at no cost. I was very happy about this; I was a bit irritated that I couldn't buy just the gasket, but if they are willing to replace it under warranty without a lot of hassle ... well, cool. In a few days, I received a box with the entire U6400 assembly in it. Not just the gasket, but the entire sliding assembly. It's great to have this kind of service from a manufacturer! We used the Delta line of assist and grab bars in our project as they are nice looking and not at all "institutional"; we found the curved assist bar shown in the photo in Home Depot and it fits nicely with our new bath. I can highly recommend Delta for both the quality of their products and especially the great customer service!

I have used the Delta Cassidy Single handle Pull-Out kitchen faucet in 2 kitchen remodels. My clients are not only happy with the function but the style and quality. It blends in nicely with a traditional or transitional interior.
