Top notch products, we use and love all of the Kichler low-voltage LED landscape lighting products and put them in every landscape design we do. I have them at my house and they have transformed the way my familly uses our backyard, creating stunning spaces and accents.

I purchased a Kichler product Starkk -42"- Ceiling Fan with Light Kit- Natural Brass Finish with Medium Cherry Blade Finish with Etched Cased Opal Glass. This room does not have a full time occupant, so I was quite upset when the LED light started flickering after very little use. This fan has a unit list price of over $300.00. While I have been trying to get this replaced as it has a 5 year warranty, they have been dragging their feet. Stay away from Kichler products. They do not stand behind their warranty and they are of poor quality.

We have had great success with Kichler landscape lighting, their collection of fixtures is top notch. Love the Underwater lights that will continue to operate even when the water fall or fountain goes dry. They have amazing customer support.

We did a complete renovation on our home and are in the process of buying and installing all new lighting. Have purchased a number of Kichler lights. I am totally blown away by the lack of customer service at this brand and will certainly not recommend or purchase any additional product from them. I bought two pendants from a local lighting store. The first was installed with no problem and I loved the look. The second box, upon opening, was not packed as nicely as the first (first indication that something was wrong), but we went along with the installation. The packet with screws and bolts was missing a tiny screw that holds the light cord in place so that it does not slip. I asked the electrician to continue to install anyway (he was just about done) and I called the customer service the next day. They told me I had to call the store, they could not send me the part (really?). So I called the local lighting store and they contacted the sales rep, who wanted me to have the electrician come back, take the light down, bring back to the store, and then pay the electrician AGAIN to install a new light! So they could NOT give me the screw I needed without swapping out the entire light? First, my uninstalled light would be garbage to them, as the cord was cut to my height specifications. And second, I would be out TWO additional visits from the electrician and they were okay with this - the only way to do it they told me. Seems to me that this company has money to waste if instead of just sending me the small screw they would rather send a whole new light! And I still do not understand why they could not just order a new light and give me the screw from the packet if they were going to waste a new light anyway. Complete money waste and their finance folks should be all over this.

Love their product! Can't wait to have Kichler lighting in our tap room in Phoenix, AZ! Our business will open in late April of 2018. We know everyone will appreciate our lighting.

We spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Kichler outdoor lighting. The finish lasted about 5 years and then peeled off and literally fell apart. I would not expect outdoor light fixtures to not withstand the elements. The lighting that is under a covered patio has held up. But the outdoor lights actually in the outdoors--are terrible! I reached out to Customer Service and they sent us small paint samples, but would not stand behind their product. BUYER BEWARE!!
