Kohler Products

Wow, what a great customer service experience! In today's times it is so unusual to have a good customer service team, reach one of the team quickly, and talk with someone who knows the product and takes time with you to be sure your question is resolved. I experienced that today with Jessie, a customer service rep for the faucet line of Kohler. She was easy to work with, spent time to help us research a parts question, and confirmed everything in a follow up email. We will definitely use Kohler again.

I remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms a few years back. I installed Kohler products throughout. Recently I noted that one of the faucets in one of the bathrooms was losing its finish. The same issue happened last year with another faucet and Kohler replaced it under the product's lifetime warranty. When I contacted Kohler for warranty service last week, my request was denied. The customer service representative told me that after reviewing my picture I sent, that the problem was not a defect, but an "environmental issue." What does that mean??? We never use chemicals, clearly this has happened before, and now they won't send a replacement. When I inquired again about "environmental issue," crickets. No response at all. I am not impressed with Kohler at this point, and will swap the two faucets out for Moen, who has treated me well in the past. I am going to post this on my Facebook feed, and make sure that my 1233 friends and public users of Facebook know that Kohler does not back their products. Shop else where.

Wow! Middle of a pandemic, work stopped on construction projects, and no change to the Kohler return policy?! Past 45 days and no exceptions, no returns of unopened merchandise. Sad.

Great products and they stand behind the lifetime warranty, no hesitation. Sent them pictures of a problem in a 15 year old faucet, and they sent a new one! Can not beat that!

Have a bunch of higher end Kohler products. One of them broke. About 10 years and could not find receipt. Called up Kohler and they replaced it free of charge as per their lifetime guarantee. Super pleasant customer experience and fast services. I am an even bigger fan!
