Jose provided excellent customer service. He was very empathic & resourceful with my concerns of finding a replacement part which, after 22 years with a chandelier that has recently been damaged. I always say, conducting business with a company/someone is especially dependent on how they make you feel, which in turn makes you a devoted customer.
