This has paid for itself - AGAIN! Had an external sensor placed near my boiler, which triggered a shut-off today. Turns out the relief valve opened - which led to a service call and a replacement of a part that could have led to a bigger problem.

I've got a positive review for a change. It's more like an amazing one! The kitchen faucet we bought in late 2014 began to leak. I went looking for invoice & warranty or maintenance information and found it has a lifetime warranty. Called and spoke with Lynnette who was efficient, friendly, and a real joy to speak with. They are shipping me - overnight express- the replacement. OMG, every organization in the world should take note.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but unfortunately like others, it’s always easier to take time to write a bad versus good review. We had a problem with our sink faucet a few times. Moen not only responded quickly, but they did so for free. The folks I spoke to were not only knowledgeable, but were also extremely cordial. Thanks again Moen and please accept my apologies for not writing sooner. You are one of the few companies that stands by their product and treats your customers with respect.
