I bought a seagrass carpet while renovating and didn't check it as thoroughly as I should have because the house was upside down and it came folded and rolled, so was hard to look at. When I took it out once we were ready to decorate, it had a 7-inch section of the edging hanging off with a hole in it. A little fabric glue worked for the edging and it wasn't all that expensive, so I'll live with the hole placed under a chest. Just be sure to check your items thoroughly as Safavieh is a huge company and things are bound to slip by. I did buy a more expensive carpet from them on another platform and it is stunning, excellent quality, and was an incredibly good deal.

I ordered a rug for my daughter on July 24th 2020, as of Aug 19th 2020, the rug has yet to ship and have yet to get any kind of update or response from the seller. I contacted Houzz customer support Aug 8th was told on Aug 11th they got a response from the manufacturer advising they missed the order. Houzz support asked them to ship as soon as possible and here it is the 18th and still no response, no updates, and it has not shipped. Very poor service and I would never buy from them again.

Placed my order on July 2nd with Safaveih, my credit card was charged immediately and I still have yet to receive any shipping confirmation. They said the item was out of stock but they still charged my card. It is now Aug 28th, still nothing. I want my money back... what a scam

We ordered a sofa table. We have received 3 of them now and it is broken every time and we have to send them back only to receive another damaged table!!!

I bought a rug for $799.00. The delivery charge was $200.00. I liked rug so thought ok. The rug was too big and had to return. The COST TO RETURN WAS $280.00. This is appalling ....and totally not reasonable. I will NEVER buy from this company or Houzz again. This should not be allowed and total manipulation of price. The info on return was from ZOPALO

It is a fine product that I have been happy with If I knew back then as to what I know now the decision would have been easy
