Erica is no joke, top notch! We moved into a beautiful new home and that same afternoon realized our couch just did not do it justice. I contacted Erica via Houzz that same day. We met at the end of that same week. She looked, listened, asked questions, and turned around a proposal that met our needs and recognized our priorities. COVID did not put the slightest delay in Erica's process!! We met virtually and decisions were made quickly.
