This Pizzaioli has a traditional terracotta brick facade with an iron door (which will rust if not treated– especially if you live near water). We suggest upgrading to one of our PREMIUM ovens if you're in a humid environment.

This full stone Pizzaioli premium oven is absolutely stunning. The slate stone facade and full-dome is a nice blend of gray tones of natural stones which makes this a one-of-a-kind oven. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaioli), but with a full stoned dome. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizza pies at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! These ovens can cook anything your conventional oven can… and it’ll taste even better.
