Chris & Chris Pro Chef work station, 24" x 40." x 35.5". With dual surface work area: granite and cutting board
Designed by professional chefs, Engineered to work, providing commercial quality, durable work surfaces and intelligent storage space for your home.
Features the exclusive "Chop and Drop" system is which allows for the sanitary collection of juices, the easy collection of prepared foods, easy disposal of waste, and effortless clean up. This system features a juice groove on the cutting surface, to collect juices and direct their flow to the "Pig Snout" (a cut out in the work surface). Stainless steel chef pan fits snuggly below the "Pig Snout" to collect the juices or cut product.
Includes the trash ring and trash bag feature. This system is designed to replace the chef pan when it is desirable to dispose of waste directly into a trash bag. The trash ring is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag, or various size kitchen trash bags.
Also features 2 removable wire basket shelves, oversized towel bar with 4 "S" hooks, a speed rack for holding ingredients, commercial grade casters (2 locking) and a convenient knife holder. It's the latest self contained state of the art food preparation center on wheels.
  • Do not allow moisture of any kind to stand on wood surface for long periods of time. do not put in dishwasher
  • Butcher block surface should be thoroughly cleaned after each use with a well wrung, moist soapy towel, cloth, or antibacterial soap or wipes. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to clean the surface of the butcher block as these may harm the natural wood surface. Be sure that the wood surface is dried completely after use and / or cleaning to prevent warping, cracking, and separation.
  • The surface of the block should be treated before use when new and periodically thereafter with a "food grade" mineral oil or (block oil) to help prevent bacterial penetration and to allow for easy clean up.
  • Please apply a food grade mineral oil or block oil before use.
  • Spread liberally over the wood surface and work into surface with a paper towel or clean dry cloth. Let sit for at least 30 minutes then wipe with a dry cloth or paper towel. The surface is now ready to use.
  • Basic maintenance schedule
  • Apply once a day for the first week, and once a week for the remainder of the month. After that oil once a month for the first year or whenever dry
