    Hey Leah,

We have had customers do just a partial wall, most commonly with just a few vertical as a frame. You could do them all vertical as well. Also some have used a staggered approach. I am attaching a couple photos to help.

Let me know if I can help with anything!

    Thanks,
    Plank and Mill

Hello. We are looking to do a back splash in our kitchen (underneath cabinets) and was looking around for some tile but when we saw this, we thought that it would look really nice and original in our kitchen. Would you recommend this for kitchen backslash? I have attached a picture of our kitchen. If I use this how would I protect it from water and or grease splashes?

I would not recommend it as a backsplash. Too difficult to wipe down.

Thanks for reaching out. It is not waterproof but many customers have used it as a bathroom accent wall. We don’t recommend it be used if standing water is present. If you are concerned with exposure to water, many customers have applied a polyurethane coat to seal the wood. It's important to be sure that your wall does not currently exceed 9% moisture content before installing. If possible, let your walls dry out for a couple days before installing and after installing. It's important that you allow the material to acclimate outside of the box and wrapped for 72 hours.

    Thanks,

Thanks for reaching out! Samples should be available now at the link below. I would need a zip code for an accurate delivery frame but we are in Tulsa, OK and ship with UPS Ground. It's typically 2-5 days for travel once the product ships!

    Thanks,

Thanks for reaching out. We don't treat the wood with any chemicals and each piece is processed and inspected multiple times during production.

    Thanks,
