This concrete product will be shipped in a crate on a pallet via standard freight carrier and will be a curbside delivery. Curbside delivery specifically states that the standard freight carrier will not drop the product into a driveway or into a home, residence, or business. The standard freight carrier is REQUIRED to drop product at the curb of product recipient. Customer is responsible for any movement of the crate after delivery.

For all products over 96 inches in length a standard freight carrier will not be able to ship and unload to a residential location. The standard freight carrier requires a loading dock, forklift, pallet jack or something similar to unload any product over 96 inches off of delivery truck. A white glove service or a moving company will be required for delivery and assembly within a residence or business. This service is at the customers expense.
