“We have had a good experience working with Lester from Imagine Your Home as we went through a home reno project. He helped us from the start when we just had some basic ideas of what we wanted to do. His knowledge and experience in the building industry shone through as we stepped our way through the project. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking at either building or renovating their home. We took our early 80's bungalow and freshened it up, added a 2 car garage and office, and got a bigger kitchen out of the deal, which was what we wanted in the first place. Lester has been very good at using creative ideas to utilize space in a practical way, and make it look nice at current with 2013.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Derek is fantastic at what he does. He renovated our summer home in Prince Edward County, adding a new bathroom, renovating the existing bathroom, and building a few other things. “We had a small project of moving a bathroom doorway to an adjacent wall in an already professionally finished space. Like any job, decisions would need to be made along the way which I was involved in. I was impressed by the care Alex and Kyle both took to explain and ensure every detail was done to perfection, never making shortcuts. I look for and appreciate high end quality and when I saw their website and reviewed the customer feedback I knew they were the right contractor. Still though with small jobs, you never know how much commitment and effort a contractor will put in. That was not the case here, the finished work was excellent in every detail down to how they left the site each day and at end of job. To find people that care about their work is a gem. Even my dog was a huge fan and couldn’t get enough of the when they arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Kowalski Konstruction and in fact will call again for a much larger project in a new home we are planning to build.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“My Wife and I had Alair homes do a complete renovation on our main floor in a new home we purchased. Their team was amazing to deal with. They kept on budget and stuck to their time line. All of our requests were met with no issues. We had young children at the time and they worked to make sure the house stayed as a safe environment for them during the renovation. “We had our basement finished about 2 years back and have used them a few time after. They are very professional in all their work, they make sure to minimize destruction to your house and keep it very clean and the craftsmanship is done very well. Kirk is a licensed carpenter, so he is very detail oriented. I really liked that they made sure we understood and accepted the quotes before moving forward.”
