“Henry designed a home for us in Mediterra in 2007. We had such an amazing experience we decided to design and build another home with him. The words "this can't be done" do not come out of his mouth. If you want the best personalized service then Henry is your man! The attention to detail is amazing. “Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “My wife and I commissioned Dyehouse Comeriato (Frank Comeriato) to help design/plan a complete renovation of a 6,500 single family home in Naples. We had some very specific features we wanted to incorporate into the redesign but had limitations due to setbacks and various space limitations. Frank has been incredible in helping us with a great mixture of creativity and patience. As Frank translated our design intent into plans, he gently pointed out where certain trade-offs might exist. We realized the design process would evolve, though we underestimated how many revisions we would ask Frank to consider and plan out for us. At every turn, Frank has been extremely attentive, accessible and a great listener. His commitment has been to help us design the home in which we want to live, versus being weighed down by his or others' preferences. That said, he has always shared his opinion when asked and his knowledge has helped us avoid some serious design errors. We can't recommend Frank and his firm highly enough.”
