    “I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

    “Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

    “Jesse has worked on our house for years handling routine maintenance as well as major renovations -- from fixing doors to finishing a walk-up attic. He and his employees are responsible, courteous hard workers...and the work is always high quality. I recommend WORKS to anybody looking for a general contractor.”

    “From beginning to end, the experience I had finishing my basement was awesome. Everyone I dealt with from the original inquiry & sales pitch to the project manager and crew was spot on. This company is respectful of the home owner, does quality work, shows up on time, cleans up every day, responds immediately to questions & concerns and finally, follows up on their work. I absolutely love my new basement and highly recommend LUX Renovations (along with Owens Corning & the Pink Panther)! A special thank you to John Flynn for his guidance from beginning to end:-)”

    “Sordan Construction is everything you look for in a company, and my experience with this company is nothing short of phenomenal. From the quality of work to the ingenuity, from the professionalism and punctuality, to the value of what you get, speaks of excellence. This company does not accept mediocre work even if it means spending its own money to rectify errors and obstacles in the projects. The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances.     “Kitchen remodel and 2 Bathroom remodels I had the pleasure of working with Matriarch Construction to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and they exceeded our expectations. "Received daily emails regarding progress and/or upcoming information/meetings. Quick response/resolution to any concerns/changes requested. Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Which is a huge comfort for a family having work done in their home - especially with young kids. Great follow through with open items at the end of the job. Did not have any issues getting them to come back to finish even the smallest items. Outstanding service. Thank you Matriarch!”

    “Although our project is not yet over (I will update when it is) I felt compelled to leave this review today because I cannot believe how wonderful, professional, and truly caring Ronnie and Lou from Millbrook Construction are. We have been working with them on a renovation for almost 2 months and along every step of the way they have been helpful, communicated with us, and made every attempt to help us maintain our budget. What compelled me to write this review is a few days ago we had a huge sewer pipe backup. Ronnie had his crew over first thing in the morning to help us and didn't leave until it was fixed later that evening. To top it all off, his crew cleaned up our entire basement today, and it looks even better than it did before the mess! I am so happy we choose Millbrook Construction and would use them again and are recommending them to all our friends! Will post before and after pictures of our house when we're done!”

    “I have hired Ernie DeMaio on numerous occasions over the last 20 years for both residential and commercial architectural services. To me it's very basic. He delivers a great product for a fair price. On time. Everytime. He can handle anything from large scale commercial projects to simple sun room additions. His designs incorporate all that I request and more, he gives me all the details & specifications I need to build it easily, and my clients are always happy at the end. I would gladly recommend Ernie to anybody.”

    “I was unexpectedly faced with a significant construction project as a result of wear and tear and water damage. the entire front porchway and second floor deck as well as a retaining wall needed immediate work. I contacted Mr. LaPuma who came out and assessed the situation. He gave me a true estimate that was financially competitive and accurate as to time. He was true to his word and started the job, after full permitting, on the day he had proposed and finished the job within one day of his original projection. it is rare to find a true professional in the construction trades --- Dream Builderz and Mr. LaPuma are such professionals. Reliable, quality work done with precision and pride.”
