“Area: North Druid Hills Structure: Townhouse Work Type: Mold Remediation Finding black mold in your place can be a very daunting prospect. I had another construction company renovate my place but ended up puncturing a drainage pipe inside the hall closet, without my knowledge. Several months later, I was already moved in only to discover it. I am so glad that Nate from DSP came to the rescue. They saved me from having to juggle multiple companies (mold remediation specialists, plumber, drywall) and did an outstanding job at a fraction of the cost. Not only was it done in a few hours, I had the peace of mind that it was done the right way the first time. I highly recommend DSP for any job- big or small, as the whole team takes care of your property like it's their own. They live up to their name- truly distinctive in a world where true professionals are hard to find.”

“LTC did a complete renovation to my home. They took a home that had never been touched or updated since it was built in the early 70's, gutted it to the studs, and turned it in to a brand new home. Existing walls were removed to open the floor plan up, all bathrooms and the kitchen were completely updated and remodeled with custom cabinets, granite tops, and tile. Gorgeous sand and finish hard wood floors were installed throughout the majority of the house and all the exterior windows were replaced as well. The home was also painted inside and out. LTC did an outstanding job on my home. They had a plan and a vision for my home that was hard to imagine. I was blown away with the end result. Everything was perfect and completed on time! Another quality job done by LTC.”

“I am happy to recommend Cooper Homes and personally recommend John Cooper as well. Besides being pleased with our home we purchased from Cooper Homes eight years ago, I was also very impressed by John. We liked John and his Team’s work so much we have used him to finish our basement, add a really large excellent screened in porch and also used his Team to add a second level to our deck. The work was always first class. Top materials always used and they always wanted to make us happy which they did. Also John is also good for ideas and was also helpful with all our questions.”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

They delivered on everything I wanted, and for the few times I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go, the team was helpful in providing suggestions and sharing past experience to assist in guiding me there.
