“I have been fortunate to do 4 large projects with Hart Studios over the past 12 years. We have a 105 year old historic Arts & Crafts home in Park Hill as well as a mountain home in Evergreen built in the 70's. Two projects that Hart Studios designed for our Park Hill home were a historically accurate addition including exactly matching recycled brick and exterior style, including rafter tails, bead board and other architectural feature as well as a cozy interior that exactly matches the woodwork, flooring, doors etc while embracing modern electrical, plumbing and kitchen appliances. We also did two major projects with Hart Studios at our mountain house where we shifted gears from historical restoration from the turn of the past century to a project where we embraced the 70's with far more modern design, which completed this past spring. Hart Studios are great collaborators who don't stop until every detail is fully finessed. Our contractor (BOA) loves working with Hart Studios because of their creative design and the quality of their drawings that anticipate issues. Two of the 4 projects we have done exceed $500,000 budget. Hart Studios gets it, does their homework, are willing to embrace both historic and modern design, and are just nice people to deal with and partner with. I recommend them 100% and look forward to our 5th project in 2019.”

“I’m a semi retired physician with 35 years of buying,selling and remodeling houses. I’ve worked with four different contractors in four different states. I bought a house in Broomfield that had a 2500 sq ft walkout basement. I interviewed and got quotes from six contractors.
