    “Kimberlee transformed our loft space with the most elegant and beautiful fabrics I've ever seen. Our loft had 20 ft ceilings and she used these amazing fabrics to create privacy in our open space. We could leave the floor to ceiling drapes open during the day and close them at night for privacy, they are stunning and perfect! She also designed a custom island that not only looked incredible, but the quality and storage were exactly what we needed. The attention to detail, craftsmanship quality, and customer service are the reason I recommend Kimberlee Kristine for any remodel and project!”

    “Oscar and team did an incredible job designing our lake home. I'm a budget focused guy and he was able provide thoughtful design solutions that minimized cost while maximizing the wow factor of our design. Our site was extremely steep (think near vertical) and Oscar was able to create an incredibly efficient solution by integrating structural and site design with our unconventional floorplan needs.     “We've had the pleasure of working with Ken recently to design a custom home. All I can say is that he's an awesome guy! Ken understands the structural, mechanical, and technical aspects of construction inside and out. His drawings are exceptional. (We have received numerous compliments on the plans from contractors.) But he also has an incredible sense of design - from overall concept, to layout and flow, to architectural details, to lighting and interior design. He becomes heavily invested in his projects, and it clearly shows. The quality of his work is far better than many of the high-dollar architects we could never afford. It has been a fun process, we are thrilled with the result, and along the way we made a great friend. What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend Ken to anybody who is looking to build or remodel a house!”

    “J & R Construction just finished a second project for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. When I agreed to have them do the work, I was scheduled quickly and the work was completed perfectly. Rafael always kept me informed about the work, and any changes he encountered. He returned calls immediately and was on-site, and working when he said he would be there. He was professional when he worked with my neighbor, he left my neighbor’s property in the condition or better than he found it. Every day after completing the work day, my property was cleaned and his equipment was neatly stored in my backyard. Scope of project: Remove black rock and install 73 sq. feet of pavers in the area where the rocks had been located. I would recommend J & R Construction without hesitation.”
