ADU Contractors Near Meridian

“When we decided to renovate our home, we got quotes from several contractors in the Boise area. From our very first meeting with Maria, we knew she was different. She put together an incredibly detailed proposal—far more comprehensive than any of the others we received—which immediately gave us confidence in her professionalism and attention to detail. She was responsive, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with from day one. Our remodel was extensive. We opened up our upstairs floor plan by removing a wall, added a fireplace, created a mudroom/office space, installed custom cabinetry and a custom closet, replaced all of our flooring, added wood accent paneling, updated lighting, and repainted everything—walls, trim, windows, and doors. We also installed a new transom window and a sliding glass door. It was a large project with a tight timeline, and despite two unexpected setbacks, Maria kept everything moving and finished on schedule. She's built outstanding relationships with her subcontractors, and it shows. Her team communicates well, works efficiently (and hard), and takes pride in what they do. One thing we especially appreciated was that Maria was always available to answer questions and never hesitated to price out additional ideas as they came up. She understands every step of the remodeling process and is an excellent guide through it. Whenever we were unsure about a design decision, her advice was thoughtful and practical. She helped us see what was possible while also respecting our budget, encouraging us to invest in the areas that would have the biggest impact. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely love our home. By the end of the project, Maria felt more like a friend than just our contractor. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and talented general contractor. In fact, we already plan to work with her again when it's time to remodel our kitchen.”

“I have worked with Michael Jerome and Property Rehab Solutions for three different home remodeling projects over the course of the past three years. Michael has always been an exemplary professional, from beginning to end. He has always been prompt, reliable, transparent with costs, and he has done an outstanding job bringing my designs to life. He works with great subcontractors who have always left me pleased with the quality of their work. In a day and time where it is often difficult to get someone to even show up for an appointment, I can tell you Michael Jerome was never even a minute late for an appointment. In addition, he has been readily accessible throughout the process, always answering my questions or concerns along the way. He has always come in on time and on budget, so I could not provide a more enthusiastic referral for Michael Jerome and Property Rehab Solutions. I would definitely work with him again, if ever given the opportunity. In the meantime, I highly recommend you work him on any renovation project you have. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed at any step along the way!”

“Our experience with Renaissance Remodeling was very positive. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and creating a great room, not to mention our home was built in 1962, so it was complicated. We met with Chad Vincent and Staci Wiley to review the scope of the project. They spend a few hours getting to know the space, how we lived in it and what some of our hopes and wishes were. The design team, led by Staci Wiley created several design options and we finally settled on one that fit out budget. Once the price was set, there were no additional surprise charges as the remodel progressed. Demolition was daunting, but Mark and Greg were cordial, respectful and easy to work with. We were very impressed with the Renaissance Team and their subcontractors. We chose an exciting piece of granite for our countertops from Wall to Wall and centered the kitchen around it. We had trouble finding the right tile for the backsplash, but Staci Wiley, our designer, came through with awesome glass subway tile from a new vendor. Our sink and faucet from The Fixture Gallery allowed for more individuality. Our faucet is modern and quirky. We were very pleased with the installation of our vinyl tile that extended into the living room and down the hall way. A portion was scratched by the appliances and it was quickly replaced without question and without further charge. Jim Vincent, out project manager was always available and organized the subs in an efficient manner. The subs were on time and easy to work with. We did our own painting and everyone was helpful and worked with and around us. We chose our appliances at Jim’s Appliance and Renaissance coordinated installation with the plumbers and electricians. Our new kitchen will give us a lifetime of pleasure. It is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Renaissance Remodeling for your remodeling project. Susan Barkis and Cynthia Clinkingbeard”
