“Between 2002 and 2003, Michael Ipsan/Horizon took a small 1,800 square foot circa 1942 farmhouse and integrated an addition that more than tripled the size of the house and resulted in a beautiful contemporary farmhouse, with upgrades to plumbing, electrical, windows and siding in the original part of the house. The integration was seamless and the project came in on-time and on-budget, with wonderful workmanship. While we had retained an architect for the overall design, Michael made many useful suggestions on tweaks to the design that significantly improved the outcome. The kitchen and pantry were recognized by HGTV in their American Home 2005 show, and in 2008 the house was recognized with a spot on the Historic Garden Week in Virginia tour, both testaments to the quality of the construction. We've had other friends who've had nightmare construction projects with other builders; our experience was exactly the opposite. Warranty issues were minor, and Horizon has stood behind the construction even to this day. In the years since it was completed we've been happy to have Michael walk other prospective clients through the house to see what was done, which speaks to our respect for his work and honesty. We can highly recommend Horizon to anyone considering a custom home builder.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“I hired AllRenovations to come into my condo and remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. They did a spectacular job and the foreman even did some work in the bathroom which he did not charge me for. On top of that, he also talked to friends who sold me granite for much less than I could acquire it anywhere else. The team of two workers did demolition on both rooms, made new ceilings with recessed lighting, drywall, installed a tub in the bathroom, laid a new floor, painted, and installed accessories. The same was done in the kitchen installing new cabinetry as well as a microwave. They were very diligent about their work, honest and up front with any questions I had, and even gave me telephone numbers to call if anything went wrong with anything they did after the time they had left for the day. All in all, I would not be hesitant at all to call AllRenovations back to my home to do any and all work that requires a team who has high integrity and quality work standards.”
