ADU Contractors Near Oxnard Shores

“I had the pleasure of working with Tom Pinhas at Concept Renovations on two significant projects: converting our garage into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and adding a new primary bathroom while reconfiguring an existing bathroom into a laundry closet. Tom exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent; he kept us informed about any minor challenges that arose. Additionally, his creativity shone through as he offered cost-effective solutions to obstacles we faced, and his detail-oriented approach ensured that the final results were of the highest quality. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!”

“We recently completed a year-long, top-to-bottom remodel of our home, and it’s hard to put into words just how thrilled we are. Our house was transformed completely, down to the studs, and the results have exceeded every expectation we had. Before starting, my wife and I were honestly apprehensive. We’d heard countless horror stories from friends and family about remodeling projects gone wrong—contractors disappearing with money, timelines doubling or tripling, and unexpected costs piling up. Thankfully, our experience with My Home Builders was the complete opposite. From day one, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and professional. Communication was nothing short of exceptional. Every step of the remodel was explained to us in detail, leaving no room for confusion or surprises. We were fortunate to have Mina as our dedicated project manager, and she was an absolute gem. Mina kept in touch with us daily—sometimes multiple times a day—making sure we were comfortable and informed at every turn. She brought such warmth and positivity to the process, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and reassured. Mina's attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs before we even expressed them made a world of difference. She wasn’t just managing the project; she was fully invested in making sure our vision became a reality, and she did so with such grace and professionalism that we never once felt overwhelmed. The entire team at My Home Builders went above and beyond to make us feel like part of their family. Their level of organization, efficiency, and expertise was evident in every aspect of the project. Not only did they deliver high-quality work, but they also finished ahead of schedule and stayed true to the budget we agreed upon—no hidden fees, no last-minute costs. It was almost too good to believe. When the project was complete, the reactions from our family and friends were priceless. Walking into our newly remodeled home left them speechless, often with audible gasps. Many couldn’t believe we had such a positive remodeling experience, and I’ve since referred My Home Builders to more people than I can count. The only bittersweet part of the entire process was saying goodbye to the team, especially Mina. She truly became an extension of our family, and her kindness, dedication, and unwavering support made this journey not just successful, but enjoyable. After months of working so closely together, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a close friend who had been there for us during such a transformative period. My wife and I are already considering a garage remodel just to have another chance to work with her and the team! If you’re on the fence about remodeling or nervous about the process, do yourself a favor and choose My Home Builders. They turned what could have been a daunting, stressful experience into one of the most rewarding journeys of our lives. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!”

“Highly Recommended After an extensive search for a contractor we finally found Vision Home Remodeling. We've lived in our home for about 9 years and looking to finally upgrade the exterior of our home. We hired a contractor a few years ago to do some upgrades, but that work was poorly done and it showed shortly after. Ravid from Vision Home Remodeling visited us shortly after us reaching out. We discussed in detail what we were looking for and it was clear through our follow up visits that he took the time to listen, reflect, and create our vision. Ravid is the perfect Project Manager. He followed up with us every few days to check on the work and our happiness with the progress. All of the workers were fantastic and easy to work with. They were at the house almost everyday (weather permitting), were courteous and confirmed our expectations or discussed any potential changes prior to moving forward with major steps in the process. Thank you so much for the easy process, the follow-ups, and the ease of the entire project. Vision Home Remodeling will be our first call for all of our renovation projects!”
