The construction of my house had very few changes and problems because of the thoroughness of the design and the complete upfront selection of materials. When a change or problem occurred during the construction of my house, whether my responsibility or Prime 1 Builders, Dan timely addressed and resolved it limiting the cost to the responsible party.
