    “We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home.     “The entire process from inception, design, demolition, renovation to completion was educational and exciting. The project included renovation of four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an office/computer room downstairs. Paul Golich (design), Chris Allan (project manager), and all JS Brown employees were professional, responsive to our concerns, and a pleasure with whom to work. We can recommend them at the highest level.”

    “We had laminate flooring installed in our family room to make our entire first floor laminate. The Estimate/Consult was helpful and we were given accurate information and told what to expect for the job to be done. The day of the Installation was the best home improvement I have ever had, the work was done quickly, in an organized way and all the trash and my old carpet was removed and my house and garage was clean. I would definitely use Ohio Property Brothers again for work in my home.”

    “We hired Molnar Design LLC to finish our basement and they were wonderful! Brad (the manager) was extremely down to earth and professional when we met for our consultation, and we didn't hesitate to hire him once we listened to his ideas and saw photos of their work. He was very detail oriented throughout the entire process, a real perfectionist. Every single member of their crew is extremely hard working, arriving early & leaving late almost every day. They are very receptive to customer feedback/ideas and easy to work with. Not too mention that their price for the project was excellent! I cannot believe how amazing our basement looks!! I honestly couldn't believe how well the project turned out. We have since referred two of our closest friends to Molnar LLC without hesitation. Can't wait to work with them again on another house project.”

    “He came up with a brilliant alternative to a projected new school building project for pre-pre-schoolers that captured the essence of the philosophy of the program.m And it was more cost effective than the original design in better meeting the goals. He did research on the goals and vision of the proposers and the program director before he made his recommendations.”
