ADU Contractors Near Racine

“Wade Design & Construction to the rescue . . . to my great dismay, I discovered a 5-window bow window, wall beneath it, and some basement joists were rotted. Multiple contractors were called -- but Wade won the bid and my trust. They were highly skilled, very professional, thorough, reliable and NICE! It was a challenging project that took multiple weeks of work. It also included replacing inside decorative moldings and millwork and outside copper gutters. During the entire process, I was kept up to date with photos, emails and consistent progress reports. They treated my home with respect and kept it clean and protected throughout the process. The final result is simply excellent! Wade has my gratitude and my 100% unqualified recommendation!”

“We had an excellent experience working with Omar Gutierrez. If you don't feel like reading this whole review we can simply say you should absolutely choose Omar for your project. This was our first time doing a home renovation project and he made us feel very comfortable. He clearly understood what we wanted to accomplish and solved a tricky space problem while also offering expert insight on additional items we would not have thought of. His experience with his own family and designing for others truly helped us maximize storage space-a major concern of ours. Omar is professional in all aspects: making time to talk and explain the "why" of things, setting and meeting project deadlines and appointments, and quickly returning drawings and emails. It is no surprise that he also has a network of other highly regarded professionals (contractor, interior designer, etc) that can help with other aspects of the build. (They had previously worked together which made the project run more effectively.) Finally, we liked the unique economic model where we paid for a completed drawing set and not hour by hour. That allowed us to change our minds on details as we progressed through the process, without having to worry about additional costs. Omar is detail oriented, highly knowledgeable and extremely professional in all aspects. We highly recommend Omar and will be using him in the future.”

“Kipnis architecture redesigned our midcentury modern home's unique barrel roof to be more structurally sound and watertight after 60+ years of degradation from a poor original design. Nate did an incredible job preserving the beauty of the historic design while bringing our home to today's code and efficiency standards. And the contractors he worked with were reliable, thorough, and very talented at executing Nate's vision. Our home looks beautiful and is far better insulated and waterproof because of Nate's work.”
