We couldn't have been happier with their team and our experience in working with them. They were forthright regarding construction costs, prompt in answering any and all questions and their attention to detail was truly impressive throughout construction. Their group of subcontractors were all friendly and enjoyable to work with. We couldn't be more proud of the space they've created for us and would highly recommend their services.     “Our company worked with Chris on the large contemporary renovation in Bratenahl. The project offered many challenges from concept, thru design to construction. We have done several projects of this type. Working with Chris was a pleasure that is not always experienced on a complex project like this. His attention to detail, communication and involvement in the project allowed for the entire team to establish a solid relationship with the owner and enabled us to complete the project as expected and with the highest quality.”

    “We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

    “We at Der Bake Oven are quite pleased with the final outcome and have high regards for S.Flynn Designs. She designed our Sales Room/ Dinning Room/ Conference Room. Exterior/ Entrance design. She was very cutting edge in the designs, very professional, very thorough in research, cost conscious, creative, pleasant to work with. Can't say enough good about this talented young lady. We definitely would recommend her !! and we plan to hire her for future projects !!”

    “Gomillion Construction is the ultimate contractor and would exceed anyone's expectations during a renovation project. As an interior designer, I rely on the professionalism and skill level of sub-contractors to take mine and my client's vision and make it "come to life". Dan Gomillion has become a critical member of my team as he maintains nothing but the highest of standards. He is punctual, makes himself available no matter what time of the day it is, schedules a job seamlessly and keeps a neat and clean site. His communication skills with clients is excellent and no matter what the question or concern, he will always take the extra time to ensure that everyone is working efficiently like a perfectly tuned machine.     “Adam came to us highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We reviewed Adam’s website which showed an excellent sense of design. During our initial meeting, Adam listened to our ideas and asked questions about what was important to us. Adam provided a comprehensive list of questions in order to understand our vision and needs. During the schematic design process, we were provided with plans that faithfully accommodated these needs and desires. At the end of the process, we received detailed construction documents, which were aided by Adam’s 3D renderings, resulting in accurate building estimates. During construction Adam successfully addressed various issues and problems arising from either unforeseen circumstances or contractor errors. We feel Adam has continually protected our interests, and ensured that the constructor made no changes without our approval and has been an advocate against attempts by the contractor to add on additional fees. Adam is passionate about architecture. He has been involved in every aspect of the project, while being responsive to our design goals - generously offering thoughtful advice throughout. Overall, our experience has been superb. We strongly recommend Adam and A|O.”
