Debbie worked with us as we toured many homes and eventually helped us find a home that was more than we ever expected to buy. Again the experience was super. The seller was amazing and I believe Debbie was just so kind to work with, and that the fact that seller was equally as kind as the first buyer., might have had to do with how exceptional Debbie was or is. The seller’s agent and Debbie got along swimmingly and everything we asked of the sellers, they did. After we moved in the upstairs AC unit was not running very smoothly. The Homeowner’s Warranty that Debbie helped us get covered the AC but the Warranty company was giving us the run around and did not want to pay for a new unit. Debbie called her rep, the folks were out here installing a new unit immediately. Over the process of the selling and buying of a home, Debbie became our friend. She was wonderful to both of our children and they loved being with her. After the sell of our house, she donated $1000 to Mustard Seed, a charity that assists special needs children in under developed countries such as Jamaica and Nicaragua, in our name. She is fun and easy to be with, and a great person all around! Debbie knows North Fulton like the back of her hand and I can not think of a better person to assist you with all of your needs!
