We were in a bind, as our landlord had just given us notice that we had to vacate our apartment within 90 days - and with our newborn son. We hadn't plan to buy a home for several more months but figured it was best to jump in sooner. Luciano met with us on a Saturday, showed us just six homes, including one or two we hadn't considered in our online search. We wound up making an offer on one of he ones he added late in the day and within 36 hours we had an accepted offer. It went smooth because Luciano understood the situation we were in and the one the sellers were in. He knew what type of initial offer we needed to make and what our second had to be. As a result we got our house just below our targeted price. I don't hesitate to recommend Luciano. He's patient and even took calls to answer our questions while he was on vacation. He certainly doesn't push his clients in a direction they aren't already comfortable in going. He may be new to real estate compared to some of his older colleagues but he handled our transaction like a pro and helped us get a great house.”

“We had been looking for a summer home for about a year and a half. Nancy had patience showing house after house until we found the right one for us. She advised and guided us along the way but never pressured us. When we found our house a very difficult transaction ensued. We made an offer in July, signed the P&S in October and closed in December - not a typical time frame to say the least! Companies (as opposed to other individuals) were in competition for the property. Nancy helped us make the right offer so that we did not end up in a bidding war AND we got our house at a great price! Nancy helped us further after the extensive inspection. She kept ahead of the issues as they arose. The property was in the process of being subdivided and Nancy helped us with the legal issues and recommended a very qualified attorney. Finally, there were less than positive interactions between parties as the legal negotiations were heated at times. Nancy helped keep heads cool and focused on point in the midst of the emotional maelstrom that sometimes surrounded the legal wrangling. All's well that ends well!
