She would visit properties and video the tours and email us her video with her notes on her recommendations. We would have conference calls when needed. She helped us coordinate all vendors (inspector, plumbing inspector, title, termite and more). When we finally visited we had everything we needed to make a decision and did so in ONE day. What a true professional. Even after we closed escrow Emily still helped us by visiting the property with a furniture dolly and putting furniture deliveries inside the house for us because UPS and Fed/Ex left everything on the porch. “We celebrate both my mother's 80th birthday and my niece's engagement in NOLA -- Maison Rougaroux was a BEAUTIFUL place to celebrate! We really likely the authenticity of the Bywater and heartily recommend Bacchanal, The Joint, Bywater Bakery and the Sneaky Pickle. It was a nice walk or quick Lyft to the Marigny or Quarter.
The house itself is lovely! The tall ceilings, large windows, enormous, open concept and gorgeous decor really made family hanging out such a treat. My mom really enjoyed the luxurious first floor Master with a king bed. She had privacy, her own TV and an epic private bath. My husband, son and daughter had tons on privacy on the 2nd floor. Lots of thoughtful details - concierge service, plush towels, robes, slippers, gated parking, a full coffee and spice set-up and more. We highly, HIGHLY recommend!!”

“Mrs. Antilley assisted me with selling my Mother's home at 8001 Walden Rd., Baton Rouge,La. She arranged for an estate sale, painting the home, and landscaping work. Prior to listing the home there was a water intrusion requiring water and mold remediation. This then resulted in an interior and exterior tear down and subsequent repairs. There was a major problem with drainage on the property, again Mrs. Antilley was instrumental in evaluating the situation and securing a drainage contractor to rectify the problem. This all started in May, 2014 and the property was closed on in October, 2014. Prior to the closing, Mrs. Antilley met the movers and coordinated the moving of furnishing to my home in New Mexico. Through out all of these difficulties, Mrs. Antilley remained patient, professional, and caring. Her knowledge and experience were absolutely invaluable.
This was a very arduous and challenging time for me personally. I am forever grateful for Mrs. Antilley's
kindness and her astute professionalism.
