As the term “number-cruncher” implies, being a CPA often meant analyzing the data. Obviously, Real Estate is a numbers game as well. A seller’s goal is receiving top dollar for their home, while conversely, a buyer wants to find their dream house at the best price. When working with a seller, I focus on the hard data and the current market environment, in an effort to provide a truthful (not inflated) Comparative Market Analysis. When working with a buyer, I pride myself on tirelessly doing all the research necessary to give them the best opportunity to realistically achieve their goals. In either case, “Trust” and “Value” are of the utmost importance. In an ideal world, every real estate transaction would be simple and neatly wrapped in a bow upon conclusion.
