“We have been on the house hunt for almost a year and throughout the process Evan was so responsive and helpful. We were on a strict budget and Evan made sure to accommodate. He helped us throughout the whole process from putting an offer in to dealing with the extreme hassle of closing. He answered every email promptly and was always willing to guide us. “Jonathan McNabb will focus on your needs from selling, to buying, to closing. I can honestly say that, he will be with you since day one! He was there to help me stage the house for pictures. The presentation of the home to potential buyers is amazing. Jonathan is one of the best relator/ persons I have ever worked with. He is a darn HARD worker and is not afraid to stay up late to get the job done. He is an ABSOLUTE GREAT COMMUNICATOR, there was nothing that he knew that I didn't. During the selling/ buying process, communication is the key to a successful and hassle free experience. I was out of country when the process began for the sale of my home, and even with me being gone he communicated with me and walked me through everything. “My experience with Loc Tran was very pleasant, he was incredibly attentive and very helpful in narrowing down the perfect spot to live. I mentioned that I was ready to move forward and within hours he provided a list of potential locations with all the relevant information to help me make my decision. I was also pleased that he did not bombard me with too much information which made it easier to narrow down. I appreciated the ease and was comfortable being direct with him.
