“It was such a pleasure to work with Todd Bousman! He is a true professional and the level of service he provides is clients is priceless. He really listens to what you want, and what you think you want and keeps tirelessly searching and thinking of other options you weren't think of to find you that perfect home! Being new to the So.Cal. housing market isn't easy, it's quite honestly a SHOCK to 3x as much for half the house as we were used to in the mid-west. However it truly helped to have a professional agent at your side you 100% trust to have your interests in mind, not his own. This is the third home my husband and I have purchased and I have never once felt I could recommend/ nor would use the agents again. However with Todd I would 100% recommend Todd and his team for anyone looking to buy in the OC area. If we ever sell, which I don't plan on, but I know who I would call.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Leslie Swan and her team. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and worked hard to find us our "forever" home. She also sold our house after only one week on the market and was very helpful in staging it for us. “When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. Selling a house doesn't need to be a nightmare, if you have the right agent! I cant thank Kim Wells enough. I Highly recommend her!”

“My wife and I interviewed a few different real estate agents on the West side before deciding to go with Amir. We commissioned Amir and his team at Berkshire Hathaway to sell our investment property at Irvine a few months ago. They had a very good marketing plan and suggested some good ideas for light remodeling and refreshing up the property before showing. The property attracted over 100 views on the very first week of listing and had 7 offers. We followed Amir's advice and picked the strongest offer and we sold the property within 30 days. During the closing there were a few things that need to be addressed and they handled them really well. We strongly recommend Amir Vahdat and his team and would definitely use them on our future real estate transactions.”
