“I cannot say enough good things about the work Smike did for us. He remodelled our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom in the Summer of 2011. He was on site every day which made the process run very smoothly. He finished the job a few days before he promised and did not go over budget- except where we agreed to do additional things that were not part of the original job. I think htat is unheard of in this business! We continue to get complements on our kitchen and all of the work has held up. Not only is Smike creative and honest, he is a really great human being. I highly recommend him.”

“Steve is an excellent realtor. We listed our home for sale after he helped us find our new home. We had a small window of time to get the best offer we could. We quickly had a buyer in place due to Steve's strategic marketing and connections and everything was ready to go. Our buyer dropped out last minute and within hours Steve had another buyer lined up with an even more attractive offer. We didn't even have time to get stressed out! He worked tirelessly for us and we couldn't be happier. We admit we are very picky and high maintenance and he never even blinked. “Bruno and his team were a pleasure to work with for the sale of my Westwood condo. I was referred through my Stanford network. The things that stood out the most about Bruno to me were his responsiveness / follow up and attention to detail (going above what is required of an agent). It was also important to me to engage an energetic and tech / social media savvy agent in today's competitive brokerage environment (which Bruno is). My condo ended up selling for approximately 10% above asking price after receiving 7 offers the week after the first Sunday open house. I attribute this to the following: great pricing and comparable sale strategy resulting from Bruno's team researching and knowing the real-time market (constantly changing); taking the time to really understand my HOA in order to be well equipped to answer any concerns (ability to communicate effectively / on the spot was key), and being the "one-stop" / affordable shop for all my interior staging needs (Bruno took the photos, created the electronic floor plan, sourced cosmetic contractors, etc.). All in all, as successful an experience as I could ask for. I now consider Bruno a friend... just a nice, extremely likable guy who, most importantly, truly has your best interest during the entire sale process. I always felt comfortable and in capable hands.”

“Teri was incredibly attentive In helping us sell our house in Culver City. She brought in her own contractors and quickly got the property into beautiful shape... fresh paint, landscaping, and additional lighting. Her design aesthetic is great - she has a lot of remodeling experience, which is very helpful. “I am extremely grateful for the remarkable service I received from Mortgage Dove. As a recent graduate just starting my career, I was eager to purchase my first home, despite not having any savings.
