Last bu not least, 10 days before closing, we had a major water issue when our washer leaked water all over the wood floors and under the house. They both jumped on it immediately and organized a team to take care of all of the damage, including drying the floors, replacing wet insulation and removing standing water under the house, preparing the food floors, etc. We were able to close and the buyers were very satisfied with the condition of the home. I cannot stress what a great job the Nordstroms did for us from beginning to end.”
