Christina has an interesting background before her real estate career began. The youngest of three children, Christina grew up in Placerville area. She has been in, and around real estate her entire life. Christina's father and sister were both real estate agents, making real estate entrenched in her blood. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Christina was a professional tennis player. Christina's mom and brother were instrumental in getting her started in tennis at the age of 7, and forever hooked. Being very competitive from a young age, Christina earned a full-ride tennis scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley where she received a degree in Sociology. Christina was the team captain for the Golden Bears, 3 of her 4 years and a major component in the program's success. Christina won a NCAA Doubles Title, and 2 Pacific 10 Doubles Titles while at Cal. After graduating, Christina took her tennis to the next level, playing 8 years professionally. She is extremely grateful to have traveled and played tennis on 6 of the 7 continents (not much tennis in Antarctica). From Wimbledon to the US Open, Christina has competed on the biggest stages and against the best in the world. Before retiring from tennis, she ended her career at the 2011 US Open, and now makes Sacramento her home. Taking what she learned from a lifetime of tennis translates well into real estate. A competitive nature equals motivation and drive to work hard for her clients. Passion for her job is an easy trait that she’s carried with her since a young age. Being honest and working hard is Christina’s motto, not only in real estate, but in life. Making East Sacramento her home, Christina has established roots with her husband in the community.
